Well, Today a new open source event, called T-DOSE, was launched. At the Technical University of Eindhoven (Netherlands) they set up a nice program and the organization of the event is well prepared.
But, as with all beginning events, a really small amount of people showed up, no more then 50 people. So, yes, that disappointed a little, but hopefully this will grow.
Jos Poortvliet, of KDE-NL, asked the T-DOSE crew if we could get a booth for KDE, and we got a boot
Later on the day Sebastian Kügler showed up and held a good talk about the expectations of KDE 4, from the users perspective. So, tomorrow Adriaan de Groot and Sebastian are going to give both a talk, but I will report later about it ![]()
No more senseless stuff to tell for now… ![]()

Too bad I wasn’t able to visit today (and not tomorrow). Better luck next year.
You did not miss really much, this event needs to grow first. But come next year, and invite all the other guys and it will get better
